Order Cancellation
* Orders can be cancelled *before they are shipped*.
* Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, *we do not accept returns on skincare products once delivered*.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
* Product received is *damaged*
* Product received is *defective*
* *Incorrect product* delivered
To request a return, please contact us within *48 hours of delivery* with:
* Order ID
* Clear photos/videos of the issue
Replacements
If your request is approved, we will offer a *free replacement* of the product.
* No additional shipping charges will be applied for approved cases
* Replacement will be processed within 2–4 business days
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
* Replacement is not possible
* Order was cancelled before shipping
* Product is confirmed damaged/defective and cannot be replaced
Refund timelines:
* Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within *5–7 business days*
* COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (details will be requested)
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
* Opened or used products
* Skin purging, allergic reactions, or product not suiting skin type
* Change of mind after delivery
* Orders refused at delivery (these will be treated as RTO)
Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is undelivered due to:
* Customer unavailability
* Incorrect address
* Refusal to accept the order
The shipment will be returned to us (RTO).
In such cases:
* Re-shipping will be done only after confirmation from the customer
* Additional shipping charges may apply
